Molecular Virology Workshop Registration Rates

PASCV will not offer CME credit, but will continue to offer P.A.C.E.®, CLS, and Florida Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel credit for the workshop. Registration includes lunch. Please allow at least one business day for your PASCV membership renewal to activate before attempting to register at the discounted member rate.

Member Rates
To be eligible for member rates, your membership must be current for 2017. To join PASCV or renew your membership, visit http://www.pascv.org/?page=JoinRenew. If you do not see your correct PASCV member rate when registering, please DO NOT pay the registration fee and contact Jess Warner at jess.r.warner@gmail.com. Please allow one business day for your PASCV membership renewal to activate before attempting to register at the discounted member rate.

 

Dietary Restrictions
During the registration process, attendees may indicate if they require a kosher or halal meal. Special meal requests must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to the meeting. If you have any concerns, please email Jess Warner at jess.r.warner@gmail.com


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and must be emailed or postmarked by March 30, 2017. Requests must be submitted via email to cvs@experient-inc.com or by mail to:

  • On or prior to March 9, 2017: You will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
  • Beginning March 10, 2017: 50% of Registration Fee is Refunded
  • After March 30, 2017: NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED

 

Substitution Policy

Substitution of registration is permitted prior to the workshop and on-site. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Registration name badges are not transferable between participants on-site.
